Magnesium Supplement I can trust
Love that Dr Mindy Pelz recommends this one. Has all the needed Magnesium elements with none of the fillers - my body can easily absorb and utilize the magnesium without harmful additives.

Seemed to work great as a magnesium supplement over the trial period. Well tolerated and no side effects.

Did not help with sleep as hoped
I didn’t notice much of a difference, if any, so I don’t think I’d buy it. I Was hoping to notice it helping with sleep and it didn’t seem to.
