Promising
While a single month may be too soon to tell, I think I felt a bit more energetic after the second dose, and was able to easily move through a photo shoot that would have normally left me exhausted. I would definitely take this again.I love the science behind this product, and of course anything...

I'd like to do a second dose.
The first day of taking it, I had a bought of diarrhea which normalized after the morning of taking the first dose. Both days I had significant headaches. Not sure if they were related. I do feel a slight bit of relief, two days after from general soreness.

Joint stiffness went away?
It's hard to detect any changes from 2-day doses of the supplement, but I think my joint stiffness diminished a bit and I was able to move more freely. Thank you!The service is great and no complaints about packaging.

Effect
After the 1st dose I felt less joint stiffness during yoga. I am eager for next month for the second dose effects.
