Easy to take
I am so interested in the fact that you only take this once a month. I will be curious to see what benefits to offers to me.

It works....
I felt results morning after 1st dose. Of ALL the supplements taken this is a keeper. Sleeping better and no more fog and lethargy. If it gets even better in time ( believe it will) I will feel like a more normal person. Recommended if you just feel crummy all the time.
