I work long hours and have a difficult time turning off my mind before bed. I know limited sleep is not healthy so when I saw the ingredients in this product I was excited immediately knowing how effective they would be both in helping me sleep and in helping me proactively care for my brain while I sleep which is KEY! I knew it would be awesome, but this surpassed my expectations. Two capsules and my sleep was the best it had been in months. Bonus, I woke up before my alarm clock with clarity. It’s a dream come true!

Lots of good ingredients
I think it will take several nights to really know how this product works for me. 1st night I took it at bedtime. The very fine print says to take like at dinner. Then in the super fine print it says to take only 5 days on and then 2 days off. Does not have to be consecutive days.
Better sleep
The morning after the first night I took the capsules I woke up feeling so much more well rested than usual. My brain felt more alert and I definitely had higher energy. The rest of the nights following I definitely got much better sleep as well.
Qualia Night Feedback
Night has supported a deeper sleep and seems to help me stay asleep all night. I have felt more rested when taking it and seem to fall asleep easier than on nights when I don't take it.
