Loved it. Felt markedly refreshed in the mornings and was able to fall asleep much faster than normal. If I wasnât a broke ass musician Iâd buy this along with my monthly Qualia!

Not quite sure yet
I gave this four stars because Iâm not quite sure if I can tell anything yet. I started taking 4 capsules with dinner for just over a week, but at the same time I was trying one other new thing. I have an Oura ring and when I was trying both new things my HRV went down. So I stopped both, waited ...

Just started study but pleased so far. Looking forward to days ahead.
4 days into Qualia night & am so far very please with the results. Iâve notice I am falling asleep faster & waking up feeling more refreshed & ready to start my day. Looking forward to continuing the process of the studyâs.
