Qualia Focus
I adore Qualia Focus. It's the only Qualia supplement I have tried at this point due to financial constraints, but it is absolutely amazing. I am honestly convinced it has helped me to get past my anxiety and... Get my singing voice back. That sounds strange, but I truly feel that. My singing was questionable at best and as soon as I started the qualia and began believing in myself/stopped being so nervous, I can sing again and I sound good.. Including in front of people. It's also helped me to focus and get the work that I need to done, including my self care routine. It's definitely worth a try. I am so excited to continue my qualia journey. enjoy this product
This product is really helpful to increase your baseline attention and energy levels. It is subtle enough that it doesn't cause jitters or rapid heartbeat, but definitely works well, and lasts all day! I do find it works best to cycle about 2-3 days per week as opposed to 5.

The first day I used the product I felt incredibly alert and focused on my work. I was very impressed. Those effects seemed to diminish each day as the week went on though, as if there was a sort of tolerance at play.
