Proof is in the Pudding!
Excellent. Third dosage and still in "testing" mode, but more mental clarity and notable return of votality. All other variables have maintained consistency and this is only change. BIG vivid dreams with increase in REM cycles tracked on Apple Watch coincide. So far I'm a believer!

The only thing that I am a little frustrated with is that instructions are really vague. I do not understand how much to take. My mind feels more clear
