Overall good
Easy to take, I don't feel any drastic improvement as my vision has been fine normally. No adverse effect noticed. I do plan on using it during the period when my eyes are under more stress or just as a maintenance.

Happy eyes at the end of the day.
I didn't recognize the effect to begin with, but looking back, my eyes were more relaxed and I was straining less later in the day.
