Since taking Qualia Night I sleep better and for longer. I no longer need a nap after lunch every afternoon.
1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.
