Love the balance
I cancelled my subscription initially and am coming back because over the years I have tried so many magnesium supplements and this one is on par. Two capsules and it's a great balance for me (doesn't upset bowels, but def helps the next morning) and feel overall more balanced. I love the blend of magnesiums. I am impressed and signing up for a subscription. I sound like I'm getting paid but I am not! 😅

Good Advertising
The advertising is good. I receive the ads on my YouTube feed every day. Some of the capsules leaked inside the bottle. I finished the bottle and haven't noticed a difference, yet I plan on trying it again to see if I notice any benefits.

Magnesium
I love the magnesium as I take it at bedtime...it helps me to sleep through the night and I'm no longer bothered by leg cramps.
