Love the balance
I cancelled my subscription initially and am coming back because over the years I have tried so many magnesium supplements and this one is on par. Two capsules and it's a great balance for me (doesn't upset bowels, but def helps the next morning) and feel overall more balanced. I love the blend of magnesiums. I am impressed and signing up for a subscription. I sound like I'm getting paid but I am not! ๐

So far, so good
I have taken it only a few nights and do feel like I am sleeping a bit better. Hoping it will work for my sluggish digestion but too soon to tell.
