Love
It took me about two weeks to really start feeling the difference while taking these. I'm always bummed on the two days a week I take off. My dreams are better, I don't wake up at night & if I do wake, I go back to sleep straight away. I have these on a subscription so I'm never without. Also costumer service is exceptional.

Improved the quality of sleep and quantity of my deep sleep!
Was very surprised after the first night. Woke up feeling very refreshed and my watch (Suunto 9 baro) recorded 86% sleep quality and over 2 hrs of deep sleep. I’ve never had above 62% sleep quality before in the six months I’ve owned the watch. The remaining nights were similar.
