Just began!
Since I’ve only just begun a week ago - 4 stars Vs 5: so far I’ve found help in remaining asleep better than another quality product I was using. Qualia’s added ingredients with respect to the other, seem to work better for me. I know I can trust the clean, good quality as I’ve heard them recommended from diverse sources that I follow and trust. I believe we have the beginning of a new friendship here ;-)

Sleeping like a baby!
Best thing I've ever tried. Really slows down the system and provides a deep, wonderful foundation for a deep restorative sleep.

Calmer Sleep
A great product! I've struggled with sleep for YEARS. What I loved about Qualia Sleep is that when I would awake through the night I could go right back to sleep.

Calmer, deeper, less restless sleep. Seemed to be able to fall asleep a little quicker.

Phenomenal Effect!
I feel the effect kick in within 30 mins, my sleep has tremendously improved and I am able to achieve deep sleep consistently, even on my off days. Highly recommend!
