Increased energy
I had energy after the fist day dosing. Second day if dosing I was fatigued. I generally don’t see changes very quickly so know, that with time I will see more positive changes. The fact that u had the energy to exercise is huge. I normally can’t work up the energy. I will be taking this product and am hopeful.I trust this company and know that a lot of research goes into the ingredients. The packaging allows for easy access too.

Worth it

Subtle Difference
The differences are subtle but they are there. I slept through the night without waking up. My focus is definitely improved and I am not feeling sleepy in the afternoon.
