The Qualia Magnesium is a superior product as compared to other Magnesium products. It helps tremendously with my sleep and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend this product!

Better Sleep
I had been taking 400mg of magnesium glycinate to help with insomnia for the last year with mixed results (purchased from Amazon). I switched to Qualia magnesium with much better results. I am consistently sleeping better & am extremely happy that it’s helped relieve my chronic constipation!
