I'd like to do a second dose.
The first day of taking it, I had a bought of diarrhea which normalized after the morning of taking the first dose. Both days I had significant headaches. Not sure if they were related. I do feel a slight bit of relief, two days after from general soreness.

Works great
Just completed m y second month and feel great! I started to. notice a difference about a week after I took the first portion. Feeling more energy and stamina as well as better sleep.

recovering from covid
hi I took this product a few days after I had a strong case of Covid and I felt it put me on track again and I could literally feel myself getting more focused and on track I will definitely take this product for the next few months and feel the difference
