Forget the red and the blue, Take the white one
The magnesium caps were great and I could feel a difference while I was taking them. They are clearly a good quality, just wish I could get my dose into one capsule and that it was more budget friendly so everyone could take them

Amazing
Qualia Magnesium has been amazing for me! It helped improve my sleep, and it has honestly made such a difference. Since taking it, i've been able to consistently get 7-8 hrs sleep. highly recommended!
