The absolute best
Nearly every ‘sleep’ product contains melatonin and I get a melatonin hangover when I wake up. That’s why I love Qualia. No hangover, wide awake and refreshed.

Comfy Nights
Excellent. I especially love how you take it hours before bed. It mentally started to prepare me for winding down. It was easier for me to stay resting all through the night. Definitely more rested than usual.

I am someone who usually gets very, very good sleep but haven't recently because of all the unknowns in the world and stress piling in my head. This product was fantastic. Qualia night helps my dreaming
Qualia Night seems to help my dreaming. I noticed it helped dreaming when I took it. I am currently taking a week break from it and I am having less dreams.
