I was excited to try Qualia products and when I got my first set, I tried the Night capsules that first evening. First sleep supplement that worked right away for me!
I've been very happy with this product, I feel like I'm sleeping deeper and feel refreshed in the morning. I'm also taking the Qualialife magnesium at night and get a good 9 hrs in🥰
