It gives me a feeling of added alertness within 30 minutes of taking the product. Not a buzzy type of high, or anything like that, but more a a controlled alertness.

I seem to feel calmer and less scattered-after a week on taking the weekend off. Its tough to tell if this is the product or a placebo response

So far, so good! Haven't had any adverse effects, but also do not notice any particular increase in mental faculties yet!
