Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.

Love it!!
I love this product. I have been taking it for 6 months and can feel the difference. My energy levels have definitely improved using this product monthly.

Good Product
Easy to take. I like that it is only 2 days a month and found at the end of 30 days that I was starting to feel sluggish. Must be time for another dose!
