Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.

Professionally Done Product
The product is well-packaged, professionally done, and the instructions are clear.
