Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.

Cleaning out the old
Senolytics are lovely ways to clean out senescent cells. I was previously taking several on their own. Qualia has put together even more, and given a clear dosing schedule. This subscription makes taking senolytics easy.
