I was really desperate for this to work but it didn’t made any difference for me. I’m on my third week of taking it. I’ve done the 5 days on 2 days off but no difference in my sleep at all. It is nice that it doesn’t make you drowsy after taking it since you have to take 4 capsules at dinner. I fell asleep easily (that wasn’t my problem) but continued waking around 2:00am and unable to fall back asleep until close to 4:30-5:00am.
Effect Builds Over Time
I didn’t notice too much of an effect the first 3 days, by day 5 I was definitely waking up more energetic and didn’t feel the need to immediately turn to coffee.
