Qualia Night
I love this product so much!! I sleep like a baby and feel energetic in the mornings because I have had quality reset. The Qualia Mind supplements work even more efficiently when I get well rest.

Works great
I've had sleep issues my entire life. While taking this I definitely slept longer and had a deeper sleep. No grogginess in the morning.

Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine).
