Amazing stuff
I have tried pretty much every sleep product out there and I never expected this stuff to work…I have been suffering from chronic insomnia for years and this stuff really works. I know they say it’s not sedative but it definitely makes me tired and sleep really soundly. 10/10!

Great Product So Far
This has been great for winding down before bed. Overall my sleep has been great. Did see an increase in crazy dreams, but hoping that just means more REM.

I did notice ease of falling asleep, staying asleep, and returning back to sleep after waking.

Recommended dosage for Qualia Night too high
Ultimately, I did sleep deeply while using the product. However, I thought the recommended dosage of four capsules was too much.
