amazing nights sleep
I have recommended these to anybody who tells me that are sleeping badly. I bought these for my boyfriend but decided to give them a try one night, I woke up feeling amazing, I was so refreshed and had genuinely had an amazing sleep!

Better quality sleep
I feel like this product worked in a subtle way. How long it took and how easy it was to initially fall asleep didn't change, but I did notice that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night while I was taking it, and I didn't feel as much of an urge to take a nap during the day
