I'm one of those people with lifelong sleep struggles who have tried countless products. This one is a keeper. I take the recommended dose at around 3pm, and find it supports a calm and relaxed afternoon. I sleep better and fall asleep easier than ever since I started using Qualia Night, with no morning fog. Even if I get woken up in the middle of the night, I can function to take care of whatever needs attending to and get back to sleep pretty easily. I see this supplement as an investment in my health.

Initial Results
Although I have not yet established a regular, ongoing routine for taking Qualia Night, I am already noticing that I sleep for longer periods each night without intermittent waking and that when I do waken I am able to fall back asleep quickly. I am more refreshed and productive every morning.

Per the directions, I still took my other sleep supplements. Overall I liked the product and felt that it helped (remember to take it earlier in the evening though- as a couple times I forgot and that made a difference). Also, the world is kind of crazy right now, anxiety levels for me are higher...
