Highly Recommended for Parents
Since using Resilience I feel that my stress levels have been way down and that I am recovering more quickly when I feel depleted. I would highly recommend this product!

Taking on the day
I feel much more calm and content with resilience and I was able to take on more of the days challenges while on it.

Good product
I liked the product. Though subtle, I could feel a difference in how my body and mind responded to stressors. It was easy to use and complimented my lifestyle.

Great for Stress-Control and Staying on Task
This product definitely helped with my stress levels that would occur at work. During difficult times, I was able to stay calm and stay on task more efficiently than when I wasn't taking this product.
