Modest Effect
Before taking this product, I would wake briefly 4-5 times during the night. I feel like this has decreased somewhat after taking Qualia Night, but the effect was not very large for me and I likely will not purchase this again.

Didn't work for me
I was hoping this would help me sleep better. I started with lower dose and increased it to 4 pills. I took it at dinner time. I have never had a problem to fall asleep. This didn't help me stay asleep. My sleep was actually little bit worse, waking up and had hard time falling back to sleep.

Qualia review
Hi, I just started my Qualia for 5 nites, 2 off then restarted and am on nite 3. I take it after dinner so me 8 pm but don't turn in until around midnight. I'm calmer but still have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I guess I was expecting miracle. I'll keep at it for a few more rounds and see where it goes.

Maybe
I had high hopes for Quaila Night and still have a few weeks left. It was nothing great, and maybe helps but only more time will tell. Sometimes these supplements take a while to work things in your body out so I'm still up for trying.

Meh
I have always had a pretty difficult time with sleeping and was thrilled when these worked for me the first night. I am also very conscientious about what supplements to take. I take L-theanine and melatonin each night. For some reason, I felt like I needed to take more of my melatonin with this going third night and going forward. I stopped taking them since it was 4 pills to take and it became too much for not noticing any benefit.

Not sure yet!
I am someone who has issues with deep sleep - meaning, i get 8-9 hrs and am still tired. I am just finishing my 1st month, i haven't noticed anything life changing, but possibly some improvement. I plan to give it 3 months to determine if it works.

Only Used One Bottle
I only had the one bottle of Qualia Night, so far but I did notice a little improvement on my sleep quality and w0ke up feeling more refreshed and ready for the day than before I started using Qualia Night. I think for me to give a better review I would have to take it for a least a month 2 without a break to get the full effects of the product.

This really helps me to relax and fall asleep fairly easy. However I do not stay asleep. Still toss and turn!

High expectations
Regretfully, my experience with it wasn't great, or perhaps my expectations were too high. For the first week of taking it, my sleep got worse, and it got back to my base sleep pattern during the second week - sometimes having trouble falling asleep and 2-3 times waking up during the night with being up for at least one hour each time.

The expectations for a full, uninterrupted, restful were not met after a three week trial. This, however, does not reflect on the quality or effectiveness of the product. I may be the exception. Thank you.

not unpleasant
I think this formulation isn't quite right for me. I actually have had some pretty rough nights in the month I've been taking it. Can't really blame the supplement, as it was a family situation that was keeping me awake, just can't say the supplement actually helped or made a difference.

Not working for me.
It helps me fall asleep quicker however it doesn't last thru the night and the next day I feel a bit anxious. Maybe its one of the herbs?

Great product - need less pills.
The product works just fine. My only real issue is the same as all Qualia products- the number of pills required for an effective dose.

Good product. Dosing too high.
I took this with dinner or right before bed over the course of the last couple weeks. Myself and colleagues reliably had very intense vivid dreams with this product. I believe the dosing is way too high. Would recommend starting with 1 cap, not 4.

Dose dependent
Each time I took the product I had terrible sleep that night. I am über sensitive as I take very little supplementation, take care of myself physically, and eat very well. The fact is I only need a half dose or less of Qualia Mind and it has an impact on me. I equate this to the above facts as well, with being very sensitive. With that said, this could be just a user error in terms of sensitivity and or the dosing structure is just too high.

Sleep Review
I have noticed that this product upsets my stomach. The next day I am crampy and have very loose stools. I don't think that the 5 days was enough time. The first night I was fine and only took 3. maybe 4 pills is too much? I

Good initial sleep with early wake-ups.
I seem to fall asleep and get some really good deep and REM sleep. However, I wake up pretty alert after about 5-hours and have a tough time falling back asleep. Having taken 5-htp in the past to help me sleep when traveling internationally, I've noticed something similar.

Different Aspects Cancel Each Other Out
Super exited to try this. Everything i've had from NHC has been top notch. This one for me definitely inducted me to wind down and sleep but on two nights i woke up in the middle of the night. I gave myself plenty of hours for sleep but found it very hard to wake up in the morning. I definitely felt rested as the day went on but it was hard in the morning.
