HOW THE QUALIA VITAMIN C+ STUDY WAS DESIGNED

There were two groups in the study: one took Qualia Vitamin C+ capsules and the other took placebo capsules. Participants were randomly assigned to be in one of the two groups.

The study was double-blinded, which means that neither the researchers conducting the study nor the participants knew who received Qualia Vitamin C+ or placebo capsules until after the participants had completed the study protocol.

Participants took either Qualia Vitamin C+ or a placebo daily for 28 days. The instructions were to take two capsules every day anytime in the morning, with or without food.

The primary study endpoint was the change in vitamin C levels, which was determined by comparing initial and final blood vitamin C results.

QUALIA VITAMIN C+ STUDY RESULTS

Qualia Vitamin C+ Increased Blood Vitamin C Levels Compared to Placebo*

The study was conducted between December 2025 and January 2026. A group of 36 healthy adults were recruited to participate and scheduled to measure baseline blood vitamin C levels at a participating lab location prior to beginning supplementation.

All participants successfully completed the initial test to obtain their baseline vitamin C levels and were instructed to take Qualia Vitamin C+ or placebo. Thirty-five of the 36 participants successfully completed a second vitamin C lab test after taking Qualia Vitamin C+ or a placebo for 28 days.

Participants who had both initial and final vitamin C lab test data, and who took the products on at least 80% of days were considered to have fulfilled the protocol adequately. A per protocol data analysis was conducted on the 32 participants who fulfilled these criteria.

These participants ranged from 34 to 77 years old, with an average age of 48 years. Participants were a mix of females (N = 17) and males (N = 15).
