I know it's working
I typically take Qualia NAD+ after about a half hour after my empty-stomach, morning supplements. In about a half hour I will feel a warmth come over me. Being that I am usually cold, it is a good sensation. I know then that it is working!
Energy Boost!
I am always skeptical with the effectiveness of supplements as you are usually not sure if they work or if it's a placebo effect. With NAD+ my experience has been totally different. I immediately felt the difference in my energy and mental focus. I really recommend trying it.

I didn't know what to expect with NAD+. I purchased it after listening to one of the researchers speaking on the Mindvalley Platform. After a full month of use, I can say definitively that I notice the difference. I have not used a supplement in the past that made such a difference in my energy levels and even mood. Since I started taking this, I felt the difference progressively, better energy, more focus, less brain fog. Usually I was mentally fatigued on the afternoons which forced to take multiple breaks to recover, now this sensation ran away and I can perform at top throughout the day.
