Powerful product for energy and focus, but so powerful it seemed to affect my sleep that night
Within an hour or two of taking it I felt a little nauseous and also wired. i almost felt like i was buzzing. It felt very strong to me. However, I didn't get jittery like I have with coffee (I do not drink coffee for this reason, but I do drink 2 cups of black tea/day instead.). I had really good focus and motivation. I felt like it lasted ALL day and I admit I was worried about being able to go to sleep that night. It was hard to fall asleep- my Oura ring showed Latency at 39 min - the highest i've ever had, and a very low sleep score of 71(my average is 83). I also took a melatonin sleep formula before bed. I would only take 1/2 a dose earlier in the day if I took it again.

A Restful Night
I have always been able to fall sleep pretty fast, my main issue has been staying sleep all through the night. Using Qualia Night has helped me stay sleep through the night, and if I wake up for any reason, I am able to go right back to sleep. I am grateful for this product.
