Loves my gut and taste refreshing
I got an unflavored and tropical flavored synbiotic. I tried the tropical by itself and was blown away by how refreshing a fiber + pre/pro/post biotic could taste. My digestive tract had no negative feedback from its introduction. So far less bloating and bowel movements are more pleasant. I'm sure I'd have more good to say as my digestion continues to improve with its use.

Qualia Resilience is a pretty solid blend; I mostly like it for the L-theanine and ashwaganda; SOD is a good addition, too. It feels solid and gives a steady energy.

Not distracted as easily
Qualia mind is great, the effects to me are very noticeable, I am someone who gets distracted very easily when trying to work on 2 things simultaneously, with qualia mind I noticed my focus/concentration improve and I can work longer hours without feeling the sense of “I’m bored” very great product I would recommend to other 100%

The only nootropic that works for me
Five years ffter being diagnosed with lupus, I began experiencing symptoms of brain fog. Given the nature of my work, where I am entrusted with the care of others, a sharp memory is crucial. During my board exam preparation, I tried Qualia Mind and fortunately, I didn't encounter any adverse effects. Instead, I distinctly remember successfully passing the exam and becoming a nurse. As I prepare for the FNP board exam in December, I've been exploring alternative, more cost-effective brain supplements. I experimented with Neuro-Mag, but it unfortunately led to severe digestive issues. Another supplement, endorsed by Joe Rogan, yielded an unpleasant experience. Despite having a light meal and taking two capsules, I felt unwell within two hours, experiencing hot flashes, nausea, and bloating. I had to rest and stay hydrated to get through the day, and I was disappointed to have missed a day of studying. Returning to Qualia has proven to be a wise choice. It doesn't produce any adverse effects, and it can be taken with or without food. Given that I typically don't eat breakfast, taking it on an empty stomach works best for me.

I've been using Senolytics for a few months and I feel better in general. I'm going to keep using it and adding Qualia Life 2 and Vision. I’ll do a TruDiagnostics Age test in a few months and I hope I see some good results. I love all Qualia products.

I do believe this is one of the best opportunities to feel a true and clean difference. Clarity, direction, energy, no slumps...what more could one ask for. I am cancelling because the delivery people where I live cant seem to deliver it. Someone found my order in the parking lot. It was pretty weathered. Too much $$$ for me to take any chances again.
