Full spectrum Magnesium+
I have been taking Magnesium Glycinate and I have really found that it helps with my sleep. However, I have learned that are many benefits from Magnesium and that the other types of magnesium are important for other benefits for the body. I'm excited to have the benefits of the full spectrum magnesium by Qualia.
Truly the best dissolving creatine I've tried
I was about to give up on creatine. I just couldn't with the grittiness. I didn't want extra sugar in my diet in the form of gummies, so I knew I had to try this! So happy I did. Thank you, Qualia!
Good stuff
There's no question about the value of creatine. The data is substantial. I do love qualia products in general. I feel like they're of the highest quality. I like that. This powder is very fine and dissolves quickly and is tasteless. And I like that qualia, does studies on their own products, not just ingredients
Far better creatine
I don't have to use as much as my standard creatine. Dissolved into ice cold water al.ost instantly. My other stuff would never dissolve completely. Highly recommended

I’m barely a month in taking the daily dose of Qualia Creatine+ and am just generally feeling better. My workouts seem less arduous with less soreness. Also, I’m noticing a difference in cognition related to focus and recall. I’m an avid Sudoku solver and I’ve noticed that I solve the more challenging puzzles quicker than before I started on Qualia Creatine+. I’m 67, so these are increasingly important to me.

The clear difference
Within the three to four days the difference was visible and undeniable with one look at my planner. Before ordering qualia mind, I was struggling with focus with clarity of mind to execute at a very demanding level and it lead to chronic procrastinating and avoidance.
