I ordered it around 12 am, and the next day after work, I got the package, which was super fast and convenient.

So far I can see tangible evidence of improved energy, even though these are early days. I will repost updates to this review as different benchmarks are met.

I’ve been using Qualia NAD+ and noticed better energy and focus, especially in the afternoons. The capsules are easy to take, but it’s a bit pricey. Curious to see if the benefits last!

I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there!
