I felt results morning after 1st dose. Of ALL the supplements taken this is a keeper. Sleeping better and no more fog and lethargy. If it gets even better in time ( believe it will) I will feel like a more normal person. Recommended if you just feel crummy all the time.

I'm only one round in but I'm feeling good. I'll let you know how I feel next month.

great focused energy without the caffeine
