Jitter-Free!
I am on day 2 and loving the overall sense of calm I feel (minus the jitters). Looking forward to observing my results after continued use!
first time user
So, I want to preface this by saying I am just starting my first experience with this product. I am leaving a realistic, neutral review and will update at a later time. I took my first dose yesterday and the second today on month one. It is hard to tell if there is a benefit yet, but I have not had a "profound" shift in my wellbeing. As with any product, I am going to give it some time to do it's thing. I have 3 months of dosage and I am looking forward to seeing how this works for me and if I have any noticeable effects from taking it.
Still curious, but haven't experienced any notable changes.
I'm hyped enough about the science and philosophy behind this product that I start my 4th month tomorrow. But I do admit I've seen nothing notably change for me.

I have no idea if those two pills did anything or not. I don't feel any better, any worse. I'm just hoping that they magically did what they are claimed to do.
I had a bad reaction & no real benefits as yet
I was excited to try this product after hearing about it on a podcast. After taking the first dose, I felt like I had the flu, horrible headache and bad gastrointestinal side effects. I emailed support and was told some people experience negative side effects. I persisted anyway and took the second dose, feeling equally as bad after this one. A few weeks on and I can’t say I’ve noticed any improvement at all. Still, I’m willing to try a second round and see what happens after that. If I do experience the same symptoms as the first time, I won’t be able to continue taking it.
The capsule is made too big
The capsule is too big to swallow to point of blocking the throat. Extremely difficult to take 8 capsules at a time. Will not continue taking it for safety purposes.

I haven't tried the product yet, but it arrived immediately. Customer service is great.
Be patient
I'm only 4 full days into taking the product. I feel like I can tell the effects a little. But, not enought to know if it's a placebo effect at this point. I saw other reviews that indicated the results of the product began to become more noticable after a few weeks of taking the product. I'll keep with it hoping that the results continue to increase. The rating would certainly increase for me if it does. Thanks,

Not really any noticeable changes in how I feel day to day. We’ll see over the long term.
Lasted about two days
I took this as prescribed and felt much better for about two days. However, it didn't seem to make much of a difference after two days. Will try one more month and see if there's significant improvement.
Suggested to take 3-7 pills
I started on first day taking 5 pills. I will take 7 tomorrow and update my findings. First day was a bit weak.
Decent but not a noticeable difference
May have been a little more clear-minded, and was hopeful about the ingredients... but not quite enough difference to justify the price for me. A simple ginkgo biloba supplement does just fine for what I need.
Try It!
I felt a slight increase in energy that seemed to stay consistent. I will definitely continue to order this product to see if I can get more of the benefits from taking this long term. My experience has been excellent with with all the products I’ve tried with this company.
Okay
I started with the recommended dose of 2. It made me feel a bit sick so I dropped it to 1. I haven't really noticed any difference of change at that dose.
Subtle
I do feel more comfortable in my body since beginning this trial and taking the product, but I cannot say with certainty that it is the product that yielded this result rather than my diet, sleep schedule, exercise routine, etc.

Took this supplement for a month, and still dealing with constipation!! Difficult to dissolve in water.

I will try this product again I suppose but honestly I and 10/12 pills deep and don't think I'm *supposed* to feel anything. This is a subtle process ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Idk what to say !

Too Much to Swallow
Unfortunately I won't be able to tell you if thus works. You have to take 8 capsules in the morning. I got this for my husband to try, but he already takes a handful of pills morning, moon, and night. Eight more in the morning is just not an option for him. I gave it an average rating because while it may be a fabulous product, even I would not take 8 pills.
Caution: Caffeine!!!
I wish I had realized before I ordered that this is a caffeinated product and that there is a caffeine-free version available. This important fact is not highlighted in the product name or on the front of the bottle. Taking the recommended dose of 7 pills had me feeling like I wanted to jump out of my skin and significantly disrupted my sleep. It wasn't until I combed through the ingredients that I realized I'd ingested the equivalent of a cup of caffeinated coffee. No wonder! Yes, I should have looked more carefully at the ingredients, but I was swayed by an endorsement. I wish I could exchange my order and have the caffeine-free version. I was really excited to try this product, but because this stuff is so expensive and I can't tolerate caffeine, I feel I've wasted my introductory discount and my money.
Only 20 pills in a bottle.
Haven't taken it long enough to tell if its helping. Not very enthusiastic about there only being 20 pills in a bottle. Usually a bottle will have at least 30 pills.
