I tend to have lots of energy and sleep well, I didn't have much noticeable effect after a month. I've taken other NR products that also had no noticeable effects.

I think it helped me feeling less tired, but at the same time I had harder time falling asleep and staying asleep through the night. Now that I finished taking it I am back to sleep through the night with just minor interruptions.

I really did not notice a significant change in my daily health.

My general day-to-day involves different levels of physical activity, so it is hard to measure against my established baseline.

I've only taken three capsules in the morning, as recommended to start, for three days and it's too soon to tell the effect. I'll up the dose to four or five to see if it makes a difference.

I didn't notice any particular change in well-being or anything else during the course of the study. Unlike previous Qualia supplements that I have taken in the past, this generated no discernible difference in my life at this time. I know that NAD supplements aren't necessarily for immediate effects, so perhaps over time I would notice an improvement to my general health, but not at this time during this short window of supplementation. I'd like to give it more time to see if there were any changes.

I actually haven't started taking, but reviews look good. I do wish you would not send so many "amazing" deals the day after I ordered my product. Makes me feel a little ripped off.

I didn't really notice any difference in my normal mind alertness. I'm a software developer so have to do a lot of thinking through problems every day.

I get nauseus from eating 20 pills at once (2 cans) and it only lasts like a month? like wtf

I really don’t have a negative or positive experience to report yet. I’ve taken the two day dosage one time, and I don’t see any difference in how I feel. I’ll see if I notice anything after several months and report back.

Hi, I just started my Qualia for 5 nites, 2 off then restarted and am on nite 3. I take it after dinner so me 8 pm but don't turn in until around midnight. I'm calmer but still have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I guess I was expecting miracle. I'll keep at it for a few more rounds and see where it goes.

I have used other NAD oral supplements and by far this one is the best. I feel so much energy and alertness.

I just bought the product, so it's early, but I'm excited. Having a natural wall to remove senescent cells is wonderful.

How long will it take for this to affect me? I am still experiencing brain fog.
