I have to admit I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect with this product being that the changes are cellular but I definitely noticed a shift after about a week of taking them. I have noticed they are a great addition when detoxing the liver as well.

It has been great so far
I ordered this because I was out of the magnesium that I was using at night for leg cramps. Since I have been using this I have not had a single leg cramp at night. Also I do feel a bit more mental clarity again during the day.
