Qualialife joint
So far it seem to be helping I haven’t been on it very long ( maybe 2 weeks) but I feel like it’s going in the right direction !

Still in the testing process...gives a bit of a punch but a bit of a headache...small - clears up fast. Thinking of enterchannging it with the no caffeine one to see if that is the cause. Mind and memory better, more on top/ track of things at work. Thanks!!
I feel amazing!
I feel absolutely amazing but I need to truly let this move through my body for a full month to give a complete review. However the first and second day I took it, I had so much energy I felt like I could run a marathon and I slept really really good!

I take NAD+ every morning and my energy and clarity are great.
Good but not for me
I have to say that it definitely helps you focus but I found that it pulls me down. I don't know a better way to say it. For me it would definitely be an occasional use.

I've been taking for I believe over six months. I hope it is working. I am not sure? I definitely don't feel any different. I'm going to start buying it at my Sprouts store though. I will not be paying shipping then.

Feel great, sleep has improved and random leg cramps have not happened since taking qualia magnesium+. Started 2nd bottle this evening and hope to feel more improvements in my overall health.

I don’t want to be a zombie! I’ve only taken my first month’s dose, hence the 4-star, but I’m excited. I’ve never taken anything like this before; and only 2 days a month? Even I can’t screw that up! Looking forward to great results…

I like this vit c because it is bioavailabke and has whole food sources. Would like to know if Pure way-C and Nutra-C are derived from non corn organic sources.
Just started taking Qualia Mind.
I've used Qualia products in the past and trust the quality. Have just started on Qualia Mind and seem to be sleeping longer and having more sustained energy during the day. Fingers crossed it helps the memory, too. One star down for the unknown.

Love but...
Love this creatine blends well and love the added magnesium. My main issue is the packaging. The powder is a really fine powder that clings. The jar has a little lip at the bottom that the scoop is too wide to into. So I find myself at the end of the jar trying to collect it to one side to get a serving and since the powder clings to the side of the jar I have to tap it on the counter and I loose some that goes into the air. Its very hard to get the last few servings out unfortunately I always make a mess and loose some product. I wish the scoop was more narrow or maybe the lip was bigger on the jar. There might be a reason for the lip I'm not sure but something needs to be reworked.
trying it out
Been on Senolytic for about 9 mos now. Seeing some positive effects, especially in the few days following the monthly intake.

The ingredients match what was recommended to control my cortisol rebound as I taper off quetiapine. I hope it helps.
