I only take 2 Phase 1 and 4 Phase 2 but I feel very aware and awake. Sometimes I feel a bit too awake-I had a hard time adjusting during the first week-but I've gotten used to it and can't imagine doing school without it now. My concentration is incredible. I wake up at 6-6:30 and take it immediately and don't need a break for anything until I look down at my clock around 5pm and realize I should probably take some time to unwind. I did not expect to feel anything from this but I'm very pleasantly surprised.

Pills too big
The 2nd bottle of pills are way too big for me to swallow and I bet you'll find others who have this difficulty.

Feel great, sleep has improved and random leg cramps have not happened since taking qualia magnesium+. Started 2nd bottle this evening and hope to feel more improvements in my overall health.

I like this vit c because it is bioavailabke and has whole food sources. Would like to know if Pure way-C and Nutra-C are derived from non corn organic sources.
Just started taking Qualia Mind.
I've used Qualia products in the past and trust the quality. Have just started on Qualia Mind and seem to be sleeping longer and having more sustained energy during the day. Fingers crossed it helps the memory, too. One star down for the unknown.

Love but...
Love this creatine blends well and love the added magnesium. My main issue is the packaging. The powder is a really fine powder that clings. The jar has a little lip at the bottom that the scoop is too wide to into. So I find myself at the end of the jar trying to collect it to one side to get a serving and since the powder clings to the side of the jar I have to tap it on the counter and I loose some that goes into the air. Its very hard to get the last few servings out unfortunately I always make a mess and loose some product. I wish the scoop was more narrow or maybe the lip was bigger on the jar. There might be a reason for the lip I'm not sure but something needs to be reworked.

Been on Senolytic for about 9 mos now. Seeing some positive effects, especially in the few days following the monthly intake.

Qualia NAD+
Started taking Qualia NAD+ about a week ago and have felt more energized. Finally found something that actually works. I have tried so many things and have been very skeptical about trying anything else. But I feel so much better since taking the NAD+.

I've only been taking this product for a week. On the first day, I experienced super clear head and I was very organized and effective at work, but I am still keeping a keen eye on how it effects me overall.
Oualia Creatine+
I have used other creatine products (gummies specifically) and have always had gut issues from other brands of creatine. With Creatine+ I have no gut issues, no bloating/gas and it dissolves fast without any awful taste. I have seen increase in muscle growth and energy levels.
Great product
While I love the effects I’ve felt, I feel like the packaging is over the top. Maybe spend a little less on packaging and use those savings to reduce the price of the product.

Love it. No weird taste, mixes clean, and it works — I take 10g daily (two scoops). Only minor gripe is that doubling up the scoops can get a little messy, but that’s it. Would buy again.
