Creatine Novice
First time adding Creatine to my supplement stack. This formulation was easy to integrate into my morning routine, almost flavorless, so I mixed with electrolytes for taste. I experienced no negative side effects. I expect I may need to take it longer than a month to see meaningful results/benefits, however.

I think I was expecting to much from a supplement but it does make me feel better

I think the NAD product is good quality but I'm waiting to see if I notice more energy so still TBD.

I take this along with Valeian Root and Glycine and they collaborate toward better sleep, and usually deeper sleep, certainly REM sleep.

No bloating or negative digestive symptoms! Dissolved well in water and had a pleasant flavor. I would have to use for longer than 30 days to assess for brain benefits. I continued my strength and cardiovascular workout regimen and had zero post workout muscle soreness or fatigue while using the product Overall I liked the experience and ease of using the product and would continue future use to assess for long term cognitive benefits.

Just getting started
I've completed my first bottle. I don't have anything to report yet on improvement. I can also say I have not had any negative reactions. I'm going to continue taking the Qualia Magnesium + as everyone will have different results in time. I'm feel very positive that I will experience positive results soon.
No stomach upset
This was my first time taking this product and although I didn’t feel any immediate changes, I had no stomach upset or negative side effects. Will take again next month.

This is the highest quality product of this type I have found so far. Would just like to see a lower, more affordable price.

I have only been suing the Magnesium for a few days, but can feel that I sleep more deeply and fall back to sleep when disturbed. Looking forward to more nights of better sleep - it's been a long time!
Great start
Easy ordering process. Quick arrival. First day with Qualia Mind and NAD+ was already amazing. My mind was buzzing, in a good way, within an hour and I was able to stay focused and mentally present the whole day. I can't be sure that Qualia was the only thing that made the difference yet, but adding them into my supplements was the only change I made that day. 5 star review to come if this keeps going!

My friend gave me a few capsules if qualia mind. I can tell right a way the difference! I have so much energy throughout the day. One more good thing, is I can continue moving without getting tired that results to having a good night sleep
