Never have I ever seen a creatine powder that is like this one. When I say, the consistency is everything, I mean it!! Picture snow or a powdered sugar,and you've got the idea. And the fact that it is unflavored is definitely a bonus, because it can be used in any beverage of your choice!! DEFINITELY A WINNER IN MY BOOK!!
Thoroughly impressed
I’ve been dealing with knee pain for over 2 years and I’ve tried so many supplements. Plus PT, acupuncture, cortisone, massage! I really dialed in my PT and started Joint Health. Not sure if it’s the combo of that - plus cleaning up my diet a little … but I’ve done all that before and this is the best my knee has felt since all this started. I think I’m at the age where my knees will have a little discomfort when I overdo it. But at least now it’s totally manageable. I never write reviews but I have to say Joint Health has made a believer out of me. Definitely recommend a try!

In 2024 I ended up in the emergency room not knowing why at the time. Turned out my magnesium was so low that they had to give me two IVs of it. Since then I’ve tried a couple of different supplements but then recently saw the ad with Troy Aikman and Qualia’s Magnesium+. I am just taking it a few weeks and am feeling better all around. Looking forward to see my numbers at my next checkup.

Feeling More Like Myself Again
