I would avoid mixing it with coffee since it has caffeine but overall it makes you focus without being wired.

love this stuff. seems to be almost a perfect balance of many supplements i was using already.

Love quails focus - always gets me in the best head state

Unlike a lot of similar products, this did not make me anxious or overstimulated! I had energy and was able to focus on all of my tasks!
