Wake up feeling refreshed.
Some days I woke up feeling really refreshed. Other days, not so much...but then again I have a 1 year old who wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes. Even so I had a good experience taking the product. I would certainly consider taking in the future depending on price range.

Not quite sure yet
I gave this four stars because I’m not quite sure if I can tell anything yet. I started taking 4 capsules with dinner for just over a week, but at the same time I was trying one other new thing. I have an Oura ring and when I was trying both new things my HRV went down. So I stopped both, waited ...

High-quality product that has done wonders for me in the past
I love qualia night and have been taking for months. It has worked like a charm for quite a while. Regrettably, I’ve noticed the effects lessen over time. I think I’ve grown tolerant. I need to do some research. I may take a break and come back to it.
