My goal is to live a stress free life...thats not always an option. This product helped me so much. I highly recommend it.

Increased dream recall for first few days. Otherwise feels similar to Qualia Mind.

I do see a noticeable difference when using resilience in my mood and it helped me stay calm when I would normally be stressed out.

I was able to think more clearly instead of the normal flood of thoughts I experienced.

I take this product everyday before work and the results are incredible, very happy with it
