Great tool to combat stressors
Running a corporation is stressful especially when it all relies on me. I have noticed its easier to handle the day to day stresses while taking Resilience.

Additional stress blocker
Started taking Resilience on a day i was already expecting to be stressful with work/other things. Fairly quickly i noticed calmness/ability to push through real easily. Currently taking qualia mind also and this just adds a little more support... almost supporting through stressful anxious situa...
