I noticed a a big difference in my overall energy. Not like a caffeine energy by rather a constant energy. Clearer thinking. Leas foggy brain.

We felt more energy right away. We are both over 60 and need all the help we can get.

Taking it as an add on to my supplement program. Energy has increased- clearer thinking.
