Subtle ...
Been through a bottle so far and have not noticed anything dramatic, but I feel a bit more resilient and a bit less foggy than I have in the past. I also started Eternus shortly after starting Mind so I am limiting my comments to brain changes. The changes are positive enough so far to continue the subscription.

Chess players review
I used Qualia mind in my chess study and training. It has helped me in my memory,pattern recognition and focus.This product took up a notch on my playing ability. Next month yi will be competing in the state chess champiopship and I believe Qualia mind wont leg me down.

It helps!
I've been having a big problem with motivation and follow through, but I've noticed a really excellent difference with Qualia Mind. My mental recall has improved as well!
