Stressed - consider this
helping with a stressful week - more energy Slept better during the trial time even though work, home and life in general was very stressful.

Definitely supports stress
Definitely noticed a difference with lower stress levels while taking this supplement, but in the future will want to pair it with something to help with my motivation.
