noticeable boost in focus and stamina
I do very physically demanding work. I was able to get through my work day as if I had gotten a full 7-8 hours of sleep the night before, even though I had had a diminished quality of sleep due to a faulty AC unit during a heat wave.

Would definitely use this product.
Using it just one day doesn't give a proper amount of time for analysis. 3 days might be better. I liked it very much though.

Improved energy and focus
I felt improved energy and focus for the day without feeling jittery. I did have a hard time sleeping that night. I fell asleep okay but woke up several times in the night. That isn’t a normal night for me. Overall I would use it again especially on busy work days.
