So far, so good.
Didn't notice much in the first month but willing to continue. The second month has made noticeable differences in my energy levels. I wake up with energy to start my day instead of wanting to crawl back into bed. My usual afternoon fatigue has disappeared. My moods are better also, thinking clearly. I do like the 2 days a month routine instead of everyday.
